Complete the form with the following information:
- Use your University email address (preferred) or personal email if you do not have a tertiary email account.
- List ‘Student’ as your Position
- List your University as Employer
- List Student Placement coordinator details within Supervisor ‘Name & Contact’.

- Employee ID (badge ID number)
- List your job title or ‘Position’
- Provide a contact telephone number
- Provide supervisor name, email or contact phone number
- State your location/facility (example: Innisfail Hospital)

The system is accessible 24/7 from any location, use your existing username and password.

How do I reset my password?If you can’t log in, try resetting your password here.
IMPORTANT:
Please be aware that personal email accounts may deem 'system generated emails' as Spam, depending on your account security set up.
We advise you to check your 'Junk' email folder.

How do I change my password?Log in using your existing password
On your My Home page
Top right hand corner next to your name is a drop down arrow – select
Select Account Settings
Select Change Password (under General Settings heading)
Type your existing (old) password in the top box
Type your new password in twice (at least 8 characters long)
Click Save and close.
Message 'successfully updated password' will display. |
Why can't I log in?If you have made several attempts to login using your password and each attempts fails, you may have 'locked your account'.
Please wait 5 minutes for your user account to 'reset' then attempt to login again (using your correct password). If you are unsure of your password you should reset your password here. You will be emailed a reset password link.
NOTE: If you have not logged into the system for 12 months or more, your account will now be 'deactivated'.

Your username is your QH email address.
Your password is not your Novell/Network ID password. Select 'forgot your password' on the iLearn login page to obtain a new password.

Your username is 'firstname.lastname'
Password is your initial assigned password

Why is the video/training module not displaying?Adobe Flash issues for external users:
Some course content is 'Flash based' and therefore will not display on all mobile devices.
You may need to 'Download Flash Player' OR 'Enable Flash Player' within your web browser.

Why has my account been deactivated?If you do not access iLearn within a 12 month period your account will be deactivated.
If you are no longer an employee of Queensland Health your account will be deactivated.
Do not attempt to create a ‘new account’. Let us assist in re-activating your existing account.

I'm having trouble printing my PDF certificate.Queensland Health employees:

Non Queensland Health users:
For trouble shooting PDF printing issues click here. In most cases this issue is related to out dated printer drivers. If you are still experiencing issues please contact 1800 198 175
Alternative Options:
- 'Print Screen and copy to a Word doc.
- Use 'Snipping Tool' or similar to capture the PDF in image format.
- Email the PDF or save to USB and try printing from another computer.

Do I need another account if I relocate to another area of Queensland Health?You have access to your existing account no matter where you work in Queensland Health. There is no need to 'set up' a new account.
